Orders can be placed at reformkids.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reform Kids ships domestically to all 50 states. Orders are processed Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days after placing your order for processing.  Free shipping on all domestic orders.  At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, P.O. addresses, or US territories.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped by contacting our customer service team at 201-627-8181. If your order has shipped, our customer service team will issue a refund as soon as you have returned the item(s) to our store. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. At any time after placing an order, you can check the status by logging into your account or by contacting us directly.
